Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing remote sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking remote sales jobs where you’ll drive top-of-funnel growth through strategic outbound efforts and relationship building.
As a BDR, you will identify new business opportunities, engage potential clients, and generate qualified leads to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Identify and engage decision-makers within target companies
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess fit and buying intent
Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target segments
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies
Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to outreach, meetings, and pipeline generation
3+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative role, SDR, or similar outbound sales position
Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline building
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
Experience in SaaS, B2B sales, or tech environments is highly preferred
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
Strong research, organizational, and time management skills
