Job Title: Home Care Scheduler (Spanish Speaking)
Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage daily and weekly caregiver schedules
Match caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and client needs
Communicate with caregivers regarding shift confirmations, changes, and updates
Liaise with clients and families to confirm schedules and address concerns
Handle last-minute call-offs and find suitable replacements promptly
Maintain accurate scheduling records in the system
Ensure authorized hours are scheduled appropriately and efficiently
Monitor overtime and manage staffing levels accordingly
Collaborate with HR and operations regarding staffing needs
Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
Previous scheduling or coordination experience (home care/healthcare preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent changes
High attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
Experience with scheduling software is an advantage
