Become part of a venture capital-backed luxury lab-grown diamond jewelry brand as it grows from 7 to over 20 locations within the next year. In the role of Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, enhance sales performance, and cultivate a high-achieving team to facilitate swift retail expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer experience in Mumbai and Thane stores.
- Achieve sales targets through team coaching, performance tracking, and premium customer service.
- Manage a team of sales executives, handling recruitment, training, and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, loss prevention, and store security.
- Collaborate with regional leadership on expansion initiatives and store launches.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in retail management, preferably in luxury jewelry or fashion.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and team leadership.
- Strong customer focus, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
