What You’ll Do:
Sales Analyst plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations for Diversey Food and Beverage. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate data, preparing essential sales documentation, and supporting internal processes to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Management
Maintain and manage the Salesforce system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and completeness
Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, workflows, and reports to support sales operations and business requirements
Provide training, guidance, and support to sales team members on Salesforce functionalities and best practices
Sales Support
- Provide administrative and operational support to the VNIC sales team, including preparation of quotations, contracts, and minutes of confirmation, as well as coordinating internal approvals and related documentation
Reporting, Analysis & Documentation
Generate, analyze, and distribute sales reports and dashboards, providing insights on trends, risks, opportunities, and performance tracking (including forecasting and budgeting support)
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure all sales documentation and customer contracts (validity, terms, renewal status) are properly managed, compliant, and easily accessible
Collaboration & DKSH Coordination
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and other internal departments to support sales initiatives and achieve business objectives
Act as the key coordinator with DKSH, representing the Sales Manager in commercial discussions, quotation issuance, and coordination of credit terms, credit limits, and debt management
Participate in sales meetings and provide administrative and coordination support as require
What You’ll Bring to Us
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in sales administration or administrative support (fresh graduates are welcome)
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an advantage
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Basic English communication skills (reading and writing)
Experience in a multinational or B2B environment is a plus
