Sales Enablement Manager
The Sales Enablement Manager will empower sellers with tools, training, and insights to excel, focusing on enablement programs, content creation, and performance metrics.
About the Role:
We’re building a high-performing GTM organization, and the Sales Enablement Manager will be a key force behind that growth.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Enablement
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to define enablement priorities that align with GTM strategy.
- Build scalable frameworks for onboarding, readiness, and continuous learning across SLED/Gov, Commercial, and channel segments.
- Translate product, messaging, and methodology updates into actionable field enablement programs.
Content & Training
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, positioning guides, competitive resources, and value messaging content.
- Deliver engaging enablement sessions live, virtual, and self-paced — that blend practical selling with deep product understanding.Integrate enablement into major product releases, launches, and campaigns.
Sales Tools & Systems
- Own enablement tools such as Highspot, Gong, Clari, and Uplimit, ensuring content is discoverable, relevant, and adopted.
- Partner with RevOps to align tools, data, and process improvements to enablement outcomes.
Performance & Impact
- Define and track key enablement metrics
- Gather feedback from sellers to continuously improve programs and resources.
- Ensure enablement outcomes are visible to GTM and executive stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in sales enablement, GTM strategy, or enterprise sales leadership (hardware + software experience a plus).
- Deep understanding of enterprise or public sector sales cycles, and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message).
- Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding and readiness programs.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, you can lead workshops and craft messaging that sticks.
- Highly organized, project-driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Proficient in GTM tools such as Salesforce, Highspot, Gong, Clari
- Analytical mindset with the ability to connect enablement programs to business outcomes.
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $139,500 - $198,000.
