We are seeking a proficient BI Engineer with over 4 years of experience in business intelligence and data engineering. The ideal applicant should possess practical experience with BI tools such as Apache Superset or Holistics, demonstrated expertise in dashboard development, and robust experience with Amazon Redshift and Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and sustain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache Superset or Holistics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and convert them into actionable insights.
• Create and enhance complex SQL queries on Amazon Redshift.
• Construct scalable data models and ETL pipelines.
• Work in close collaboration with Data Engineering teams to guarantee data accuracy and availability.
• Execute data validation, performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Maintain documentation for dashboards, data models, and pipelines.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a BI role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Apache Superset or Holistics.
• Extensive experience in dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
• Good working knowledge of Amazon Redshift.
• Strong SQL skills, including query optimization, joins, CTEs, and window functions.
• Experience with Python for data processing and scripting.
• Understanding of data warehousing principles and dimensional modeling.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipeline development.
• Significant experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
