Strategic Finance & Planning

− Lead business planning efforts and conduct ROI analysis for investments and initiatives.

− Take ownership of budget monitoring and variance analysis to facilitate proactive decision-making.

− Provide high-quality Management Information Systems (MIS) and insights for board-level decision-making based on data.

− Create actionable dashboards to track the performance and profitability of business units.

− Advise on pricing, profitability, and capital allocation strategies across various business lines.

− Partner with the operational finance team on selected high-priority projects.

Cash Flow & Treasury
− Oversee working capital management and optimize cash cycle efficiency.
− Accurately forecast cash flows and ensure adequate liquidity to meet business requirements.

Team Leadership & Culture
− Develop a skilled and accountable finance team driven by performance excellence.

Essential Requirements
− Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance.
− 8-10+ years of experience within the finance function.
− Required: Minimum of 3 years in an N-1 or N-2 leadership role within a business finance function.
− Preferred:
  o Experience in software or product companies is advantageous.
  o Experience managing relationships with lenders is desirable.
