About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking experienced General Counsel and seasoned legal professionals based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and practical relevance of AI-powered legal systems.

What You Will Do

Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics such as contract negotiation, regulatory interpretation, risk analysis, and in-house counsel strategy
Evaluate AI responses for legal accuracy, realistic application, and practical business alignment
Draft realistic legal scenarios and case studies based on your direct experience
Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives (e.g. GC, in-house legal counsel, executive, regulator)
Spot gaps, flawed logic, or weak legal analysis in AI-generated outputs

In simple terms:
You’ll assess and improve AI-generated legal content, ensuring it reflects authentic legal reasoning, practical logic, and current best practice. Rather than performing traditional legal advisory or transactional tasks, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems genuinely understand and reason about the realities of legal counsel work at scale.

Who You Are

A senior-level General Counsel, in-house legal counsel, or equivalent experienced legal professional
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
Several years of hands-on experience in addressing complex legal matters within organizations (e.g. contract law, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation)
Strong ability to evaluate legal reasoning and distinguish between theory and practical, actionable solutions
Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with immediate availability
