About the Role
10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are seeking senior corporate lawyers based in the EU or UK to help improve the accuracy, depth, and real-world practicality of AI-powered legal systems.

What You Will Do

Review and refine AI-generated outputs on topics such as corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, commercial transactions, risk mitigation, compliance, and contract drafting
Evaluate AI responses for legal realism, commercial sense, and application to real scenarios
Draft realistic corporate legal scenarios and case studies drawn directly from your experience
Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (e.g. legal counsel, board member, business stakeholder, or regulator)
Identify flaws, gaps, or weak logic in AI-generated legal content

In simple terms:
You’ll assess and improve AI-generated corporate law content, ensuring it mirrors authentic legal reasoning, sound commercial logic, and market best practices. Rather than doing traditional corporate legal work, you’ll put your expertise to use helping AI systems deeply understand and reason about legal concepts at scale.

Who You Are

A senior corporate lawyer, in-house counsel, legal consultant, or similar professional
Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK
Several years of hands-on experience in corporate law across complex and high-stakes environments
Strong at evaluating legal logic, risk, and practical implementation
Comfortable working independently and providing structured feedback
Available for 8–20 hours per week, with near-term availability
