Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce consultancy specializing in helping brands scale their performance on Amazon through data-driven strategy, operational excellence, and strong client partnerships.
They operate in a highly collaborative, performance-driven environment where team members are expected to take ownership, think strategically, and lead with initiative. The company supports multiple brands across Amazon and is focused on building a high-performing Seller Operations team that can scale efficiently through strong leadership and delegation.
About the Role
We are looking for a Seller Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of 15–20 Amazon brands while managing a pod of specialists. This is a client-facing leadership role where success is defined by your ability to delegate effectively, drive strategy, and own client relationships—not by executing tasks yourself.
You will act as the central point of communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination while maintaining a strong strategic perspective. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and is passionate about building high-performing teams.
This position requires working full-time in EST hours (Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm EST).
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Account Ownership
- Own and manage a portfolio of 15–20 Amazon accounts, driving performance and growth
- Develop and execute strategic plans focused on improving sales, conversion, and operational efficiency
- Analyze performance trends and proactively recommend actionable improvements to clients
- Lead client conversations with a strategic mindset (not just reporting results)
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication
- Translate data and operational challenges into strategic insights and action plans
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent value delivery
Team Leadership & Delegation
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts and specialists responsible for execution
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure accountability across the team
- Drive a culture of proactivity, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and coaching sessions
Operational Oversight
- Oversee key Amazon operational areas including listings, inventory health, and account performance
- Identify risks (e.g., stockouts, listing issues) and coordinate solutions with internal teams
- Ensure alignment between seller operations and advertising efforts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, analytics, and advertising teams to optimize performance
Align on promotions, campaigns, and testing strategies across departments
Continuously improve workflows and internal processes to increase efficiency
5+ Years of experience in leadership roles
2–3+ years of experience managing Amazon seller operations in an agency environment with multiple accounts
Proven experience managing multiple clients simultaneously (minimum 6+, ideally 10+)
Strong people management and delegation skills (experience leading teams or pods)
Ability to manage client communication and internal team coordination at the same time
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience owning strategy, not just execution
Solid understanding of Amazon fundamentals (listings, inventory, account health)
Strong organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new processes
Availability to work EST hours (full overlap required)
Nice to Have
Experience managing larger portfolios (15+ accounts or brands)
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheets, Helium 10, or Data Dive
Experience collaborating with creative and advertising teams
Previous experience coaching or mentoring team members
Competitive salary: $3,000 USD/month (based on experience)
Fully remote role (work from anywhere in LATAM)
15 paid days off per year
Full-time position (40 hours/week)
