Planner main responsibilities is organizing production according to demand and quality standards. Ensuring goods are produced on time, with the lowest lead time. Open approach to continuous improvement and process optimization is highly needed.
Essential Duties:
- Planning and monitoring of the production on the dedicated area,
- Preparing production plans, based on the ERP system SAP
- Manage inventory/dedicated area,
- Monitor all inventory orders, using the documented data on orders to analyze supply and demand and make inventory projections,
- Ensuring availability of the materials and components for the production output,
- Confirming orders based on material stock,
- Setting production priorities,
- Monitoring and stock optimization,
- Supplies and suppliers management; Ensuring the highest level of cooperation aiming in the short lead time,
- Monitoring ERP parameters and improving its efficiency,
- Cooperation with other departments that leads to the shorter lead time.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support CFU supervisors with short term planning, ensuring an available pipeline of material and goods.
Qualitifications:
- Min. secondary education (nice to have degree in technical, production engineering or logistics),
- Several years of experience working in a production company,
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially good knowledge of Excel),
- Knowledge of ERP systems SAP is a Key
- Very good English skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a team,
- Diligence, commitment to work, and goal orientation,
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking,
- Having experience in data analysis and planning software,
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Knowledge of the Italian language would be an advantage.
