Sales Development Representative

We are seeking motivated and energetic SDRs who excel in outbound sales environments. You will be a key member of the team responsible for driving our North American sales pipeline by engaging with senior decision-makers within SMB and mid-market wholesale organizations.

This position is perfect for individuals passionate about B2B SaaS sales, who enjoy making cold calls and are skilled at initiating impactful conversations with prospective buyers.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of outbound pipeline development — focusing entirely on generating new business opportunities in the North American market.
  • Conduct research to identify and qualify promising accounts in the wholesale, distribution, and manufacturing industries.
  • Make over 100 cold calls daily to prospects, sparking meaningful sales discussions.
  • Customize outreach efforts through LinkedIn, phone, and email to engage various decision-makers such as CEOs, Sales Heads, and IT Directors.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to arrange qualified demos and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Keep accurate records of prospect information and activity within HubSpot CRM.
  • Test new messaging approaches and communication channels to boost conversion rates.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales, preferably serving North American markets.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and building sales pipelines.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of confidently engaging with senior-level prospects.
  • Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and resilience.
  • Ability to work within U.S. time zones and collaborate effectively with global teams.
