Operations Manager

Salary range: Rs 600000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 6 - 12 LPA)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the workspace, including facilities and amenities
• Lead the housekeeping, security, and vendor teams
• Collaborate with Sales, Accounts, and IT to ensure seamless workflows
• Manage operational expenses and supervise invoicing and collections
• Provide an exceptional member experience, facilitating onboarding and resolving issues

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in operations and people management
• Background in coworking, hospitality, or facilities management
• Proven ability to develop operations from the ground up in a startup setting
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and process-driven
