Social Media & Content Assistant - (Remote) PHILIPPINES ONLY
About the Role
Our client manages a large and highly active network of more than 45 social media accounts, including approximately 30 owned accounts and 15–20 managed accounts for partners. These accounts publish high volumes of daily content focused on news commentary, trending topics, and audience engagement.
They are seeking a highly capable and autonomous Social Media Content Assistant to support daily content production across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and can quickly produce engaging visual content while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
The Social Media Content Assistant will collaborate closely with the client’s internal team and report primarily to their existing full-time staff.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
- Produce high volumes of daily visual content for multiple social media accounts.
- Create graphics, short videos, and social media posts using Apple Keynote.
- Utilize reusable templates and standardized formats to streamline production.
- Develop simple animated or explainer-style visuals suitable for social media.
- Embed, trim, and overlay text on video clips directly within Keynote.
- Export high-quality visual assets such as animated GIFs and optimized video files for social media upload.
- Maintain consistent formatting and visual standards across multiple accounts.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the client’s internal team to support daily content production.
- Participate in weekly team meetings for coordination and planning.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication through collaboration tools such as Slack.
- Adapt quickly to changing content priorities based on current events and trending topics.
Apple Keynote Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Apple Keynote for visual content creation.
- Experience creating custom-sized slides and reusable Master Slide templates.
- Ability to use Magic Move transitions and Build In/Build Out effects to produce engaging content.
- Experience embedding and editing video clips within Keynote.
- Knowledge of exporting high-quality GIFs and video formats (H.264/HEVC) optimized for social media.
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working in a remote team environment and participating in weekly calls.
- Highly organized with the ability to handle a large volume of daily tasks.
Content & Digital Media Awareness
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Ability to quickly understand and produce content around current events, trending topics, and online discussions.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency when working across multiple accounts.
Additional Requirements:
Can commit to work for 40 hrs work week
Flexibility to work in U.S. time zones, Monday to Friday
Able to maintain a distraction-free home office setup.
Possess a laptop/desktop meeting minimum specifications: 8GB RAM, i5 operating system.

Monthly salary of $900
