As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing and engaging passive candidates to conducting interviews, guiding hiring managers, coordinating interview logistics, and negotiating offers. This role will primarily be working with our engineering, product and other teams to recruit for technical positions.
You'll serve as a key partner in all things recruiting, acting as a trusted advisor to hiring teams while helping shape an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Talent Acquisition & Candidate Management
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, resume evaluation, interviewing, and offer negotiation - documenting all candidate data and interviews in Greenhouse
- Effectively run hiring syncs, including intake meetings, interview alignments, and candidate debriefs to drive recruitment alignment and decisions
- Proactively identify and engage top talent through job postings, social media, networking, and referrals
- Evaluate candidates via resume screenings, phone/video interviews and behavioral interview techniques to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Ensure a smooth, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process and move candidates through the interview process in a timely manner
Hiring Manager Partnership & Strategy
- Independently lead recruitment efforts for assigned roles, working closely with hiring managers to understand needs and align on hiring strategies
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and teams to drive the recruiting process, create effective interviewer plans, and coach on recruiting best practices
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on compensation strategy and market trends while hiring within comp bands and budgets
- Collaborate with hiring managers to provide a positive candidate experience
Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the recruitment process
- Track and meet metrics and goals related to recruitment activities and company V2M2s
- Participate in assigned special projects to support broader recruiting or talent acquisition goals
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- 1-2 years professional work experience in agency or corporate recruiting, with prior technical recruiting experience
- Experience with Greenhouse or other Applicant Tracking Systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex recruiting environment while remaining organized and detail oriented
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator across all levels; able to balance collaboration with directness and a sense of urgency.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to competing priorities
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:
$55,700—$74,900 USD
