About the Role10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable quantitative modelers based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quantitative modeling, data analysis, model validation, and mathematical problem-solving

• Evaluate AI responses for quality, robustness, and compliance with practical and theoretical requirements

• Draft realistic modeling scenarios based on your direct professional experience

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. quantitative modeler, client, decision-maker, or regulator)

• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated modeling content

In simple terms:You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true quantitative reasoning, authentic model documentation, and practical modeling procedures. Rather than conducting traditional modeling projects, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about quantitative modeling at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level quantitative modeler with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing data modeling projects

• Skilled at evaluating modeling solutions, documentation, and compliance with requirements

• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
