About the Role10x.team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable Model Validation Analysts based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered model validation systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to model validation, risk assessment, validation frameworks, and practical aspects of validation work

• Evaluate AI responses for technical accuracy, practicality, and compliance with industry requirements

• Draft realistic model validation scenarios based on your direct professional experience

• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. analyst, auditor, stakeholder, or regulator)

• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated validation content

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects true model validation reasoning, authentic documentation, and practical procedures. Rather than conducting traditional validation work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about model validation processes at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level Model Validation Analyst with significant professional experience within the EU or UK

• Experienced in advising on, preparing, and executing model validation tasks and risk assessments

• Skilled at evaluating validation processes, technical requirements, and compliance

• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback

• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
