Job Summary
Your Career
In this role, you will lead the most critical account management for Toyota Motor Corporation—the world’s largest automaker. You will support their "transformation into a mobility company" from a cybersecurity perspective.
Within the Major Account Division:
Collaborative Sales Model: Sales and engineers work in one-on-one pairs, collaborating with internal and external partners to create new business opportunities.
Market Leadership: We hold a dominant market share in this sector and support our clients' Digital Transformation (DX) through robust security.
Consultative Approach: Your primary focus is communicating with executives and decision-makers. You will aim to act as a "security consultant" to the client, rather than a traditional salesperson.
Strategic Execution: You will develop security proposals for the client and formulate/execute action plans to turn those proposals into business realities.
Internal Collaboration: You will work closely with product sales, marketing, and other internal departments to drive brand awareness and business growth within your assigned market.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Required:
5+ years of high-touch sales experience in the IT industry (Security industry experience not required; experience in software, hardware, or SIer is welcome).
Specialized sales experience within the manufacturing sector.
Enterprise sales experience managing large-scale accounts.
CxO engagement experience, with a track record of communicating at the executive level.
Preferred:
Experience within the cybersecurity industry.
Excellent communication and self-management skills.
Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
Proven skills in account development and relationship building with key stakeholders.
Ability to formulate account strategies based on logical thinking.
Strong leadership skills to drive proposals in collaboration with product departments and lead projects proactively.
