We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience to lead and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in sales processes, client relationship management, and business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and team collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company offerings and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and business priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Exposure to B2B or B2C sales models (depending on company needs).
