Sr. Client Account Manager

About this role:
This is an exciting Senior Client Account Manager opportunity in the Pinterest Australia Enterprise team where you will be tasked to nurture existing and establish new relationships across a diverse range of brands within Entertainment, Tech & Telco.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver sales targets through key account management.
- Provide your clients with optimisations and recommendations to ensure campaign success using insights and campaign reporting to build your recommendations.
- Determine short and long range sales revenue plans and track progress closely via account management, optimisations and upsells.
- Represent Pinterest with a high level of integrity and knowledge, acting as an advisor to your clients and their media agencies.
- Manage existing and develop new relations with clients and media agencies in person and virtually.
- Work with some of Australia’s largest Enterprise brands.
- Strong internal collaboration skills working with your peers support teams such as measurement, creative strategy to deliver against client needs/goals.
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years experience in digital, social or media agency.
- Understanding of ad platforms such as Pinterest Ads Manager or similar.
- Experience working closely with brands and agencies.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet/surpass sales targets and generate revenues.
- Strong analytical/insights abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
- Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and presenting both over the phone and in person.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, a related field or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
- As such, this role will need to be in the office or in front of our customers for in-person collaboration, typically 2 to 3 days per week, and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance to our Sydney City based office.
