Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced Client Account Manager (CAM), who will serve as a key member of our team.
What you’ll do:
- Build and nurture relationships with our Partners, proactively reaching out to them regarding campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities.
- Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed.
- Ensure that our partners objectives and requirements are met by liaising between them and our internal XFN teams.
- Specifically own the “how” conversation with advertisers to advise on media strategies.
- Be a subject matter expert in brand and performance related opportunities.
- Understand complex processes and products, distilling them down into a digestible format for our partners’.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership and XFN teams to drive results.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in an account management role, within digital marketing or advertising.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive discussions with clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction and growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

In-Office Requirement Statement:
- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Toronto office (85 Richmond St. W)
