Front Desk & Client Experience Coordinator (Part-Time)
Location: Brickell, Miami, FL (On-Site)
Schedule: 1-2 days a week (including Saturdays)
Compensation: $35/hour
The Role
We’re looking for a polished, proactive team member to support the daily front-of-house operations of our medical spa. You’ll be the first impression for clients and play a key role in ensuring a seamless, elevated experience.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience:
- Greet and check in/out clients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reschedules (Boulevard/GHL)
- Respond to calls, texts, and emails promptly
- Educate clients on services, memberships, and pre/post-care
- Support positive review generation and client retention
Front Desk Operations:
- Verify deposits and intake forms prior to check-in
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean and polished reception area
- Monitor retail inventory and communicate restock needs
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
Sales Support:
Confidently communicate treatment packages and memberships
Identify upsell opportunities and coordinate with the clinical team
Track daily sales and appointment flow
1–3 years in medical spa, aesthetics, or luxury hospitality
Strong communication and client service skills
Comfortable discussing pricing and closing memberships
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Professional, calm, and polished demeanor
