US Tax Manager

**Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and examine complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations (1040, 1065, 1120).
• Manage multi-state tax filings while ensuring compliance with both federal and state tax laws.
• Analyze financial statements and accompanying documents to verify the accuracy of tax returns.
• Oversee comprehensive tax engagements for clients based in the US.
• Identify opportunities for tax planning and offer strategic advice.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior tax staff.
• Ensure all tax returns are filed promptly and deadlines are strictly met.
• Collaborate with clients to collect necessary financial information and address any questions.
• Keep abreast of updates and changes in US tax legislation and regulations.
• Support clients during IRS notices, audits, and tax assessments.
