We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support and execute end-to-end recruitment activities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role is ideal for individuals at the start of their HR career who are passionate about talent acquisition, candidate engagement, and building strong hiring pipelines. As part of the HR team, you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and contribute to fulfilling organizational hiring needs efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. It requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability and alignment with role requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports accurately
• Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant hiring platforms
• Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities
• Assist in improving recruitment processes and maintaining hiring efficiency
What Makes You a Great Fit
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR, including internships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
• Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain
• Strong interest in recruitment, sourcing, and talent engagement
• Self-driven and proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution
