Team Lead, Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Team Lead, Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive process optimization, mentor a high-performing team, and scale outbound prospecting efforts. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Develop and optimize scalable outbound playbooks to ensure repeatable, high-impact prospecting strategies.
- Leverage automation and MarTech tools to increase team efficiency and improve outreach effectiveness.
- Mentor and coach BDRs, providing guidance on best practices for cadence, messaging, and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accountability through daily reporting, ensuring team members meet and exceed goals.
- Think outside the box—exploring innovative prospecting tactics beyond traditional outreach methods.
- Collaborate with other teams to maximize event success and share insights on prospecting trends.
- Create a strong feedback loop between BDRs, sales, and marketing, providing data-driven insights to refine strategies.
- Travel up to 25% (1-3 times per quarter) for team training, industry events, or leadership meetings.
What really gets us excited about you?
- 5+ years of BDR experience with a track record of exceeding pipeline goals.
- 2+ years as a Team Lead
- SaaS industry experience with a strong understanding of outbound prospecting in a B2B environment.
- Proficiency in SFDC, Gong, and LinkedIn Navigator—you know how to use these tools to drive results.
- Proven ability to scale processes, build team efficiencies, and develop repeatable strategies.
- Strong mentorship skills, with a passion for coaching and upskilling team members.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Creative problem-solver, always looking for new ways to improve outreach and engagement.
- Empathetic leader, who understands the challenges of the BDR role and the needs of target personas.
- You must be based in Amsterdam or willing to relocate.

Note: This job is a hybrid role at our workspace in Amsterdam. You are required to be in-office three days a week.
Salary for this role is €70,000 annually based on skill set and experience plus commission.
