We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team across Core HR operations, Recruitment, HR communications, and Learning & Development initiatives. This internship offers hands-on exposure to various HR functions including employee lifecycle management, candidate coordination, training support, and internal communications.
The intern will work closely with the HR team to help ensure smooth HR processes while contributing to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and professional networking platforms.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support campus hiring initiatives and internship recruitment programs.
Core HR Operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Support HRMS updates and maintain HR documentation.
HR Communications
- Draft and circulate HR communication emails and internal announcements.
- Assist in preparing HR notices, policy updates, and employee communication materials.
- Support internal communication related to HR initiatives and programs.
Learning & Development
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and learning programs.
- Track training participation, feedback, and learning records.
- Support the preparation of training materials and learning resources.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and workplace initiatives.
- Support HR projects focused on improving employee experience and organizational culture.
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Core HR, Recruitment, and Learning & Development.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment workflows.
- Interest in HR analytics, employee engagement, or training initiatives.
