We are looking for an experienced Workforce Manager to support one of our client accounts. This role is critical in ensuring optimal staffing, strong service level performance, and continuous improvement across workforce operations. You will work closely with RTAs and stakeholders to drive efficiency, accuracy, and stability in day-to-day operations.
📅 About the Role
We are engaging an experienced recruitment professional on a 3-month project-based contract to optimise our hiring strategy for short-term and project-based roles. The primary objective of this engagement is to strengthen our screening methodology, reduce early attrition, and build internal capability through structured knowledge transfer to our HR Associate/s. This role is both strategic and hands-on, you will assess our current recruitment practices, implement improved screening frameworks, and ensure sustainable processes remain after the engagement concludes.
💬 What You’ll Do
- Review and evaluate the current recruitment workflow for short-term and project-based roles
- Assess existing sourcing channels, screening methods, and interview processes
- Develop a structured and repeatable screening framework tailored for short-term hires
- Design behavioural and motivation-based interview guides focused on commitment and role alignment
- Create clear success profiles for short-term positions
- Identify red flags and attrition risk indicators during the screening stage
- Strengthen expectation-setting and role clarity throughout the hiring process
- Develop practical interview scorecards and evaluation tools
- Conduct live screening demonstrations and shadowing sessions with the HR Associate
- Document improved recruitment workflows, templates, and best practices for long-term internal use
- Pilot the enhanced screening process and refine based on outcomes
- Present a final report with findings, measurable impact, and sustainability recommendations
🎯 What You Bring
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume, BPO, offshore, or project-based environments
- Proven experience in reducing early attrition or improving quality-of-hire
- Strong expertise in behavioural interviewing and candidate motivation assessment
- Experience mentoring junior recruiters
- Structured, analytical, and process-driven approach
