What You’ll Do:Logistics Coordinator will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for the Vietnam market, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and import/export coordination. This role is essential in ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing stock availability, and enabling responsive and efficient logistics operations to meet the dynamic needs of customers in Vietnam.
Some of the Things You’ll Do:
Manage demand planning activities by reviewing historical data and sales trends, participating in Demand Review Meetings, monitoring demand fluctuations, utilizing Logility, and improving forecast accuracy.
Oversee supply planning by managing replenishment and creating as well as monitoring Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure product availability.
Handle inventory management, including monitoring Slow Moving and Obsolete Goods (SMOG), tracking inventory levels, and managing weekly backorders to minimize supply gaps.
Monitor and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance by conducting regular reviews and ensuring delivery targets are met.
Participate in S&OP meetings to align demand and supply plans with business objectives.
Coordinate import operations, including managing shipments and handling claims related to discrepancies or damages.
Manage export operations by overseeing shipments, coordinating stock sharing across regions, tracking shipment status, and performing stock reconciliation.
Support import and export control activities by monitoring logistics-related expenses and preparing reports, along with other operational reporting requirements.
What You’ll Bring to Us:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, preferably in warehouse logistics or planning
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex inventory and logistics challenges
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Self-driven and able to work independently, with good judgment on when to escalate issues
Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
Familiarity with import/export processes
Good command of English, both written and spoken
