Performance marketer

Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 7 - 15 LPA)

As a Performance Marketer, you will play a critical role in scaling our paid media efforts by leveraging analytics, audience insights, and creative testing strategies. You should have a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and a proven track record of delivering ROI through well-optimized campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).
  • Develop and execute data-backed strategies to drive conversions, reduce cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience segments to identify high-performing combinations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives aligned with campaign goals.
  • Track and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes in the Meta advertising ecosystem.
  • Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure optimal allocation across campaigns.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
  • Proven experience in managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success in scaling and optimization.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other tracking platforms.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs and funnel optimization strategies.
  • Experience in conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and event-based optimization.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with teams.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in running performance campaigns across multiple industries (e-commerce, ed-tech, SaaS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with other paid channels such as Google Ads is a plus.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integrations is advantageous.
