GM / AGM / DGM - Architecture (Land Planning)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

**Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 20-50 LPA)

**Min Experience: 10 years

Location: gurgaon

JobType: full-time

• Master planning and development of extensive land parcels, which includes Town & Country planning.

• Coordination of concept to design with consultants.

• Optimization of layouts, utilization of Floor Area Ratio (FAR), and alignment with zoning regulations.

• Strong collaboration with development, leasing, and execution teams.

• Experience with mixed-use or large-scale commercial projects.

• Proficiency in land architecture.

  Candidates must have experience with DTCP and layout planning.
