About the team/role
Checkr is looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Manager to help fuel our rapid growth.
What you’ll do
- Campaign strategy and execution: Define and oversee all paid acquisition strategies to fuel growth in our SMB and Commercial segments.
- New channel expansion: Rapidly identify, test, and scale new marketing channels to drive growth.
- Conversion rate optimization: Drive optimization via experimentation on our paid landing pages in close collaboration with our design, website, and analytics teams.
- Budget management: Manage our paid media budget, determining optimal spend allocation across channels based on our goals.
- Data-driven decision making: Analyze datasets to understand our paid marketing funnel and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with finance, analytics, marketing operations, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies across the organization, fostering a collaborative approach.
What you bring
- Deep expertise in digital / performance marketing across search, social, affiliate, and display channels (6+ years preferred).
- Experience developing and executing a paid acquisition strategy at a fast-growing company (experience in SMB B2B tech preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in quickly testing and scaling new marketing channels, with a focus on speed and efficiency.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficient with basic analytical tools (Google Sheets/Excel, Looker, Google Analytics)
- A strong attention to detail and top-tier organizational and project management skills
- Ability to drive projects forward across multiple teams and manage multiple campaigns at once in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to constantly improve and zero patience for inefficiency
- Self-starter: go-getter attitude who likes to get things done on their own initiative

The base salary range for this role is $123,000 to $145,000 in Denver, CO.
