Personal Assistant to CEO
As the Personal Assistant to the CEO of GigaBrands, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and enhancing productivity. This dynamic position requires a proactive individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in multitasking. You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle correspondence, ensuring that all commitments are met efficiently.
Your ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively will be vital as you liaise with internal teams and external partners. You will also assist in project management, coordinate meetings, and prepare documentation, all while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Bring your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to support the CEO in achieving strategic goals, while also fostering a positive work environment within the organization.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proactive and flexible mindset to adapt to changing priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in project management is a plus
Availability to work additional hours if required
