You will work at the intersection of technology and customer success, collaborating with client teams, third-party partners, and internal engineering functions to deliver smooth integrations and reliable post go-live support. This role offers strong exposure to large-scale retail and e-commerce ecosystems, requiring a mix of technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and strong stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding of customers by setting up, validating, and ensuring readiness of integrations for go-live.
- Support API integrations by testing endpoints, validating workflows, and troubleshooting issues using tools such as Postman.
- Coordinate with external systems such as ERPs, marketplaces, and third-party platforms to enable seamless data flow.
- Provide hands-on production and hypercare support, resolving integration issues and ensuring minimal disruption post go-live.
- Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related queries, escalations, and incident resolution.
- Maintain and monitor integration performance, ensuring long-term reliability, stability, and scalability.
- Conduct training sessions for customer teams on system integrations, APIs, and operational workflows.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for onboarding processes, integration flows, and support guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks across onboarding, testing, and support processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance integration frameworks, processes, and overall customer experience.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1–3 years of experience in integration support, API testing, or similar technical roles.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and hands-on experience with API testing tools like Postman.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation, debugging, and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of Java or J2EE and familiarity with system integration concepts.
- Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and validating integration workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Prior exposure to retail or e-commerce ecosystems is an added advantage.
