Senior Manager - Learning & Management

This is a group-level position that requires a comprehensive understanding of planning and implementing organizational development (OD) initiatives. This includes essential phases such as needs analysis, designing learning objectives and overall structure, content development, creating selection criteria and assessment tools, faculty selection (both internal and external), executing the intervention, and evaluating its impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs analysis throughout the organization and collaborate with Unit HR heads and Unit Heads to identify and prioritize learning needs and gaps that align with business objectives while promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Develop training materials and resources by determining learning objectives and appropriate learning methods tailored to the needs of learners across all Medanta Units.
Design and deliver high-quality content across various platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classrooms.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create accurate and high-quality learning content.
Establish and implement evaluation measures, such as knowledge assessments, online course evaluations, and learning surveys, for training solutions.
Work closely with senior business leaders to gather their insights and adapt content and interventions accordingly.
Close competency gaps by identifying, designing, and delivering various behavioral training interventions for employees at all levels within the organization.
Develop a clear workflow to manage and support content development.
Provide Train the Trainer sessions and support to Unit/function facilitators or stakeholders to empower them to deliver training independently.
The candidate must have experience in creating written online training programs and behavioral training modules.
Desired Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development (L&D) with appropriate qualifications.
Proven experience in instructional design and familiarity with diverse learning methodologies.
Exceptional facilitation skills with a strong passion for engaging audiences. Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated advanced instructional design capabilities, including evaluation methodologies.
Experience in a Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sector.
Preferably, experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
