Anduril's Application and Security Engineering team is looking for a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to focus on Identity and Access Management and build and maintain world class defensive controls to protect the systems we use to build our advanced defense technology products.
ABOUT THE JOB
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain solutions using Okta for secure identity management and access control
- Manage lifecycle processes for identities and access permissions for employees and third-party users, including onboarding, modifications, audits, and off-boarding
- Implement data structure frameworks across SaaS applications
- Lead the integration and identity lifecycle of third-party users to collaboration environments
- Contribute to the development robust identity governance frameworks
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to implement IAM solutions
- Stay abreast of the latest security trends and technologies to continually enhance our IAM practices
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to IAM policies, procedures, and technical configurations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in IAM or related information security role
- Strong proficiency in implementing Okta & EntraID IAM solutions, with experience in SSO, MFA, access governance, account provisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Proficient with authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC
- Proven implementation of configuration-as-code or infrastructure-as-code using AWS and terraform or similar tools
- Scripting or software development experience (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
- Familiarity with APIs with a track record of leveraging them to improve efficiency through automation
- Excellent knowledge of security best practices, and
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing customer identities, and third-party access to collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint, self-hosted tools)
- Experience supporting Identities for Virtual Desktop Environments
- Experience working in a highly regulated space
