Your mission
Focus on wallet-related transactions
As a Junior Accounting Specialist, you will support our Commercial-Accounting team with wallet-related transactions (fiat and crypto) and help ensure that these are properly reflected in our books. You will also work with data and contribute to improving processes over time.
We are looking for a motivated and curious team member who is interested in accounting, numbers, and data. This is a great opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment and learn about fiat & crypto.
What you’ll do
- Support the booking and reconciliation of wallet-related transactions (Fiat and Crypto)
- Perform and gradually develop SQL queries for balance and bank reconciliations
- Assist in implementing posting logic for new products
- Help improve daily accounting and reconciliation routines
- Support the team during monthly closing activities
- Work with large data sets, ensure accuracy and completeness
Who you are
- Recent graduate (e.g. HAK, or university in accounting, finance, business, or similar)
- Strong interest in accounting and working with numbers
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (knowledge of local GAAP is a plus)
- Experience with SQL or strong willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with data and large datasets
- Strong English skills, German skills are an advantage
- Structured and detail-oriented way of working
- Motivation to learn and develop professionally
