We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Manager with 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating high-quality talent while ensuring an efficient and structured hiring process. This role requires strong expertise in sourcing strategies, HR screening, resume evaluation, and stakeholder communication, along with the ability to use tools like Microsoft Excel to manage and track recruitment data.

The HR Manager will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with the right opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across various roles.
  • Utilize job portals, professional networks, social media platforms, and internal databases to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Proactively identify passive candidates and engage them through targeted outreach.
  • Maintain a consistent flow of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring requirements.

Resume Screening & Candidate Evaluation

  • Conduct detailed resume screening to shortlist candidates based on role requirements, skills, and experience.
  • Assess candidate profiles for technical alignment, relevant experience, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and evaluation of candidate profiles before advancing them in the hiring process.

HR Screening & Initial Interviews

  • Conduct HR screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, communication abilities, career goals, and organizational fit.
  • Provide clear insights to hiring managers regarding candidate suitability and expectations.
  • Ensure candidates are informed about the role, company culture, and recruitment process.

Recruitment Coordination & Process Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine candidate profiles.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and interview panels.
  • Maintain organized recruitment records and track hiring progress using Microsoft Excel or other HR tracking tools.
  • Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics for internal review.

Communication & Candidate Experience

  • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to final decision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment roles.
  • Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and HR screening interviews.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for managing candidate databases, tracking recruitment metrics, and preparing reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and evaluation capabilities.
  • Familiarity with job portals, professional networking platforms, and recruitment tools.
