Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
The client is an information technology consulting firm that exclusively serves the healthcare industry. They have extensive experience developing and implementing plans, systems and strategies for Healthcare Information System (HIS) solutions.
We are looking for an Executive Operations Assistant who will act as in internal program manager for the executive team, which includes running key meeting cadences, structuring work, and driving follow through on cross-functional projects. This is a non-client facing role focused on internal operations, process improvement, and disciplined execution, with some executive support and sales enablement once core systems are in place.
Responsibilities
Primary:
- Run L10 and other internal standups, turning them into a live project board and driving follow through
- Building a process inventory across exec, delivery and sales; spotting gaps and proposing improvements.
- Identify missing or broken internal processes across sales, delivery, and leadership, document current state vs desired state, and help implement agreed improvements.
- Owning task/board tools (Planner/equivalent) and keeping work moving from intake to done.
- Maintaining key delivery / milestone calendars and making sure dependencies are handled.
- Partnering on M365/AI workflows to streamline internal processes.
Secondary (after ramp):
- Proactively manage executive calendars and resolve conflicts
- Conduct personalized outreach to healthcare executives on behalf of execs
- Build initial sales decks and materials using templates
- Draft content for decks using an AI brand-story framework
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a BPO, corporate, or consulting environment in a project management, ops, or senior EA role supporting executives.
- Proven project/program management skills: running recurring meetings, owning project boards, and driving deadlines.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 (Planner / Team / Sharepoint) and a CRM (Salesforce / Hubspot) highly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English, comfortable communicating with senior and C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to speak up in leadership meetings, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through; comfortable writing and sending communication on behalf of executives.
- Proactive and resourceful; able to work independently in a remote setup on US Central Time hours.
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch)
- Up to $1800, depending on experience
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based 14th and 15th month pay
