Senior People Systems Analyst
Senior HRIS Analyst needed to support system integration projects, manage daily People administration, and influence internal HR technology ecosystem.
We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with extensive experience in HR technology to join Deel’s People Technology team.
As a Senior People Systems Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting system integration projects, specifically migrating legacy systems to Deel’s People platform. You will also collaborate closely with our People Operations team to manage daily Deel People administration, ensuring a high level of internal client satisfaction. This role will eventually evolve to support Deel’s internal product development, offering a unique opportunity to significantly influence our internal HR technology ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
Act as a subject matter expert for Deel People, including HRIS, Compensation, Time off, Time Tracking, and other modules.
Partner with People, Finance, and other teams to design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations.
Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders, balancing technical solutions with business needs.
Drive process improvements by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience.
Document and deliver training, support, and communication for people system enhancements to the people team.
Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, including integrations, upgrades, and new product rollouts.
Partner closely with internal teams to gradually shift responsibilities from legacy systems (like Workday) to Deel’s proprietary solutions, ensuring a smooth transition.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong focus on HRIS configuration and administration.
Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
Familiarity with people processes such as: onboarding, performance, compensation cycles, and compliance.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and people skills — able to translate technical topics into clear business language.
Adaptability and a team-player mindset — thrives in dynamic and evolving environments.
Experience working in a global company is a plus.
Hands-on experience with multiple Workday modules (at least HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence/Time Tracking) is a plus.
Bonus: experience with HR product development, SaaS systems, or supporting transitions between people platforms.
