Multilingual Technical Support Specialist

Tasks:
Provide information about products and services via phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with order processing, delivery tracking, and service-related inquiries
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
Evaluate and monitor the performance of solar panel systems through internal tools (e.g., reading graphs, restarting systems, troubleshooting issues)
Support installation and technical setup of e-bikes, including app connectivity and client training
Coordinate warranty-related replacements and repairs
Communicate delivery updates and resolve shipment-related issues
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth technical and service operations
1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
Strong technical curiosity or interest in renewable energy or connected devices
Confident English skills (minimum B2 level – trainings are held in English)
Advanced 2nd language skills: French/German/Dutch/Italian/Portugal/Spanish (minimum C1 level)
Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
