Customer Solutions Specialist (French / Dutch + English)
📍 Remote | 🕘 Monday–Friday, daytime schedule
International partners of MP Solutions are looking for Customer Solution Specialists with strong language skills to join their growing support teams.
If you enjoy problem-solving, troubleshooting and providing clear, reliable support to customers in an international environment, this role is for you.
Your responsibilities
- Support customers with product-, service- and solution-related inquiries
- Provide clear, accurate and timely responses via digital and transactional channels
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed
- Proactively follow up on open cases and ensure resolution
- Support customers and internal teams with administrative and billing-related activities
- Work closely with global stakeholders and internal support teams
- Ensure proper documentation and case tracking
- Contribute to a positive customer experience and service quality
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
Working hours
- 08:00–17:00
- 09:00–18:00 (role dependent)
What we’re looking for
Fluent English (C1)
One of the following languages at C1 level:
French 🇫🇷
Dutch 🇳🇱
Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
Structured, solution-oriented way of working
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma (college level preferred)
- Previous experience in Customer Solutions, Customer Service, BPO or Support roles is an advantage
