Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading strategic discussions and engagements
- Translate client requirements into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams
- Represent the organization in client meetings, pitches, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
- Build and improve processes and systems to support business scalability
- Monitor client performance and identify opportunities for upselling or expansion
- Balance creative thinking with commercial objectives to deliver impactful solutions
- Manage multiple clients and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

- 5+ years of experience in client management, business development, or related roles
