Senior Product Manager, Internal Platform

Senior Product Manager to enhance the security, stability, and usability of the Binance internal platform.

Responsible for product planning, design, and iteration of the Binance internal platform to enhance its security, stability and usability.
You will build a risk monitoring and data security system for the platform, ensuring operational security when it comes to users' data.
Design and implement user information protection strategies and access controls to ensure high confidentiality and integrity of users' data.
Constant refinement on workflow design to ensure the platform is intuitive for seamless operation of teams such as customer service and compliance operations.
Work with cross teams across Engineering, Product, Business teams to gather feedback and constantly meeting operational excellence.

At least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the big tech or financial industries.
Proven experience in building internal platforms, preferably with key focus on security and data privacy
Proficient in requirements analysis, adept at using project management tools, and strong in communication and coordination.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bilingual in English & Mandarin is preferred to communicate with overseas clients/partners.
