Driver Technician (CDL)

If you’re a safety‑focused, independent professional who takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you. As a Senior Driver, you’ll play a critical role in transporting essential materials and equipment while representing our company with professionalism on every mile.

🔑 What You’ll Do
- Safely operate DOT‑regulated vehicles in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Transport materials and equipment between company sites and customer locations
- Promote and uphold a strong safety‑first culture
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and property with care and accountability
- Work independently while collaborating seamlessly with a broader team
- Accurately complete logs, forms, and required documentation in a timely manner
- Serve in customer‑facing situations when needed, representing the company professionally
🛣 Travel & Scheduling
- Travel is required (80–90%, depending on location and division)
- Mix of local and long‑distance routes
- Overnight stays expected on some routes
✅ What You Bring
- Class A CDL with required endorsements
- Clean driving record and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- Valid DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain and maintain one)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to complete required DOT and FMCSA documentation
- Willingness to obtain customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc., if required)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in industrial or commercial environments
- Comfort driving overnight, long‑distance, and in challenging conditions

💰 What We Offer:
- The estimated salary range for this position is $28 to $33/hour. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills and experience.
