Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles across the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to attracting, screening, and hiring top talent, while also enhancing the company's employer brand and recruitment strategy. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver high-quality candidates in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and create accurate job descriptions.
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Employer Branding: Help develop and execute initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Diversity & Inclusion: Actively seek diverse talent and help ensure recruitment practices align with the company’s diversity and inclusion goals.
Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Skills:
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, Workable is a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and hiring managers.
Knowledge of current recruitment trends and best practices.
