Manager, Corporate Operations
Seeking a Manager, Corporate Operations with 3+ years of experience in operations or program management to design and improve planning systems.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril's Corporate Planning team designs and operates the company's end-to-end planning system —the structure that enables every major workstream to plan and forecast with speed, accuracy, and accountability.
The team establishes the process, governance, cadence, and measurement that connect strategic goals to day-to-day execution across areas like Growth, Headcount, SG&A, etc.. Working cross-functionally, the team forms the backbone of Anduril’s corporate operating rhythm, enabling faster, clearer, and more measurable decisions across the company by connecting strategy, execution, and data.
ABOUT THE JOB
We’re hiring Program Managers within Corporate Planning to help design, operate, and continuously improve Anduril’s planning systems. Each PM will own the orchestration of one or more planning workstreams —such as Growth, Headcount, Facilities, SG&A, etc. —partnering closely with those functions, finance, and the divisions to ensure that every workstream runs through a clear, data-backed process. These roles are foundational to Anduril’s ability to scale with discipline.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- PM the orchestration and continuous improvement of Anduril’s planning processes for one or more workstreams—working cross functionally to establish the cadence, structure, and analysis needed for disciplined execution
- Define and manage the governance, timelines, and decision gates that drive each workstream’s planning cycle and connect strategic priorities to actionable plans
- Partner with functional leads, finance, and divisions to define inputs, surface dependencies, and align assumptions
- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify insights, forecast risks, and measure outcomes against plan
- Translate planning frameworks into practical execution tools, dashboards, and recurring reports in collaboration with Biz Ops and functions
- Facilitate decision meetings and escalation paths —ensuring leadership has the right context and data to make tradeoffs effectively
- Continuously refine processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting, investment banking, or program management within a high-growth or complex organization
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, aligning diverse stakeholders and driving outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to executives and technical teams alike
- Proven track record of improving processes, increasing efficiency, and driving accountability across teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment, balancing detail orientation with strategic judgment.
