Performance Marketing - Media Buyer
Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Requires 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
We're now looking for a Performance Marketer to be hands-on keyboard with our paid channels. This role will own our paid acquisition strategy, execution, and performance across channels—working cross-functionally with creative, product, and data science. You’ll have the opportunity to drive measurable growth across our self-serve, enterprise, and consumer funnels. We are already spending millions of dollars a year. We want to scale this significantly.
What you’ll do
Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels
Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting
Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to build high-performing ad creative and landing experiences
Test and iterate constantly to uncover insights, drive conversion, and lower CAC
Build clear performance dashboards and communicate learnings across the company
Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats, and industry best practices

Ability to write concise copy and collaborate closely with designers and landing page teams
