The Role
Help us transform and bring innovation to Quality across all industries!
Veeva is looking for a consultant to join the QualityOne Services team and support implementations of our Quality and Regulatory solutions. We want innovative thinkers who are ready to challenge the status quo with new technology.
As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will work side-by-side with customers and our senior consultants to implement QualityOne solutions. In this role, you will support the overall delivery of Vault applications for our customers. You will define and drive business processes, support the project team in delivering the solution, and guide our customers throughout the implementation programs.
The ideal candidate will have a proactive, hands-on approach to technology. We require prior experience in an industrial environment (specifically within R&D or manufacturing) or a background in technology supporting application implementation and maintenance.
This is a 'work anywhere' position in Spain or Germany, as long as you are close to an airport and are able to meet travel requirements.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with customers in industries such as Chemicals, Cosmetics, Consumer Goods, and Food & Beverage
- Support all project phases, including requirements gathering, gap analysis, system configuration, unit testing, and customer training
- Configure Veeva software under the guidance of experienced architects and project leads
- Provide subject matter expertise on implementation methodology and best practices
- Collaborate with internal and cross-team stakeholders and contribute to the QualityOne practice development

Requirements
- Technology implementation experience, or at least 3+ years in an engineer type role, working for the Industry or for an IT department
- Desire to be hands-on with technology
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fast learner, ability to adapt and to embrace changes
- Proactive with good interpersonal skills, a good team player
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to travel upon business requirements

- Work Authorization: Qualified candidates should be legally authorized to be employed in the EU
Nice to Have
- Fluent in 2nd language: Spanish, French, Italian, or German
- Experience in Quality Management, EHS, or Regulatory Affairs within a regulated industry (F&B, CPG)
- Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications such as Veeva solutions, SharePoint, NextDocs, Documentum, FirstDoc /FirstPoint, Trackwise, Medidata, Liquent Insight
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud delivery, data migration, or SQL queries
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or scientific field (Engineering, CS, Biology, etc.)
