In this role, you’ll play a vital part in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities—ensuring essential systems run reliably and efficiently every day.  

🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for keeping our building systems in top condition:

• Carry out preventive maintenance to minimise downtime

• Perform routine repairs across mechanical, electrical, and facility systems

• Operate and support critical systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical equipment)

• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when needed

• Conduct inspections to spot and prevent potential faults

• Maintain accurate records (work orders, maintenance logs, documentation)

• Ensure tools, equipment, and workspaces are safe, clean, and organised

• Support facility upgrades and installation projects

• Follow all safety standards and regulatory guidelines

🎯 What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone practical, reliable, and eager to learn:

• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Ability to safely use hand and power tools

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Ability to read and follow technical manuals and instructions

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

✅ Preferred (but not essential)

• Technical certification or vocational training

• Any hands-on experience (internship, apprenticeship, part-time work)

💪 Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25kg

• Comfortable working in industrial/facility environments

• Willingness to work at heights or in confined spaces when required

• Flexibility for shift work, overtime, or weekends based on operational needs (this is very occasional)
