We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with 1–5 years of experience who is passionate about building brand presence, executing campaigns, and driving engagement across digital and offline channels. The candidate will play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital marketing, social media, and ATL/BTL activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search engines, display advertising, and email marketing to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and interacting with audiences across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Assist in the execution of Above-the-Line (ATL) marketing activities, including print, radio, outdoor advertising, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Support and coordinate Below-the-Line (BTL) activations, such as events, on-ground promotions, product demonstrations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and activations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and insights for campaign improvement.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, preparing reports with actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Assist in content creation including blogs, emailers, creatives, and marketing collaterals aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices in digital and offline marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to both digital and offline channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and content calendars.
- Familiarity with ATL and BTL marketing strategies and execution processes.
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving marketing trends.
